Sacramental Instruction

Students at St. Josaphat School who have been baptized in the Catholic Church participate in the sacramental life of the parish. Our pastor, the director of religious education, and our teachers lead sacrament preparation in the classrooms throughout the school year. Students in second grade celebrate First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. Students in eighth grade receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. Parental involvement in the faith development of students is very important. Parents are expected to participate in the parent meetings related to the sacrament.
