St. Josaphat School admits students of any race, color, sex, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students. St. Josaphat School does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of educational policies, athletics, or other school –administered programs.
